The poster session will be opened by a session with 3 min lightning talks to advertise your poster.
Posters
If you present a poster, you need to send a title and a brief abstract to be included in the program by November 13th.
Posters can either be in A0 size in portrait or A1 size both portrait or landscape.
Lightning Talks before Poster session
You may advertise your poster in our Lightning talk session, which will open the poster session. The maximum presentation time for each lightning talk is 3 minutes. To not waste time on setting up laptops, presenters need to send their slides in PDF format by November 18th via email to Fabienne.
